Since 2021, I have been working in Professor Laura Gasco&#8217;s research group at the experimental facilities of the University of Turin. My main area of research is focused on two insect species<em>: Hermetia illucens<\/em> and <em>Tenebrio molitor<\/em>. I am involved in the management, implementation, and standardization of the breeding cycles of these species, as well as in experimental trials aimed at testing and researching by-products and waste food materials used as breeding substrates for <em>H. illucens<\/em> and <em>T. molitor<\/em>. My research activity is conducted from a Circular Economy perspective, with a focus on estimating insect growth performance and their potential applicability on a larger scale.
