I have a degree in Environmental and Food Economics from the University of Milan, and I am currently pursuing a National Doctorate in Sustainable Development and Climate Change at IUSS Pavia, in collaboration with the University of Milan. My research focuses on sustainability in the agri-food sector, applying sustainable business models based on the circular economy. Additionally, I study the economic impacts of climate change, with a specific emphasis on labour market dynamics. Within the newRIFF project, my commitment lies in understanding how the adoption of sustainable models can generate value not only economically but also socially and environmentally.
