On the morning of 19 June 2023, at the University of Milan, the workshop entitled: “Economy and aquaculture: a possible combination?” organized in the context of the newRIFF project funded by the CARIPLO Foundation.
The event was aimed at reporting the results of some national and international research projects concerning the use of alternative protein sources in aquaculture and the poultry sector.
During the morning the various speakers from the University of Milan, from the University of Turin and the ISPA National Research Council have succeeded each other in an atmosphere participated and involved moderated by Ilaria Biasato (PhD) and Professor Jacopo Bacenetti.
This workshop was a moment of discussion that served to kick off the multiple events in which the newRIFF project will be involved.
